Select your request:
Click Start My Request and choose the type of request you wish to make. Then select how you would like to receive our response. Follow the instructions and you will be provided with a completed application form which you must sign and upload along with the relevant documents.
Upload your documents:
Click Check My Request to upload your signed application form and copies of your relevant ID documents. For a list of relevant documents please refer to the help section below. You can upload your application form and documents using Check my Request.
Check My Request:
Once you have uploaded all the required documentation we will process your request. If you want to check on the status of your request, click Check My Request and follow the instructions.
The Central Credit Register cannot process your request unless we are in receipt of all the required documentation. See the help section below for a list of valid documentation.
